Multiple Rewards Account Merge Document

Please follow the steps below if you'd like to keep the points associated with this email address and merge them to your active profile. The process from your end should only take a few minutes. Please complete this process by December 13 to ensure all of your accounts get merged correctly. All loyalty program accounts that are unclaimed by Dec. 31 will be deleted from our system
1. Log into In some cases you may need to create a new account, but please do this ONLY if you don't currently have an active account at 

2. Click the link to edit your profile. Once you're logged in, you'll see your My SocialMoms Rewards balance and member application. On the right side of the page, please click the "Edit My Profile" link. 


3. Copy the entire code, including the dashes, and paste the complete code, dashes included, into ONE of the Merge Code boxes on your profile page and click "Update Profile". 


4. Be on the lookout for additional e-mails at your other e-mail accounts and repeat the process using the unique code mailed to each separate e-mail address that you own or manage. You will only get these emails if your e-mail address is in our rewards system but is NOT registered at
Your accounts are not automatically merged once you have completed this process. Our team will then review and merge your accounts as quickly as possible. Please complete this process by December 13 to ensure all of your accounts get merged correctly. 
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and how long it's taken for us to find a solution with our vendor. 
Please make sure you take action as soon as possible, since unclaimed accounts will be deleted by the end of the year
