Where did my points go?

If you've participated in an engagement activity while logged into SocialMoms.com, your points should be reflected immediately in your rewards portal on Facebook. In some cases, you may have accidentally created a second rewards account. If that's the case, some of your points are being credited to a new account that's linked to a different e-mail address. Please submit a support request that provides both e-mail addresses and the email address you'd like to keep going forward.
