Duplicate Account Issues

Your My SocialMoms Rewards account is tied to an e-mail address, which you likely shared with us by clicking "login with Facebook" on SocialMoms.com. However, you may have adjusted your e-mail address in that login window, or logged in once again without modifying your e-mail information. In this case, we are recognizing a "new" email address you and you've accidentally created a second account. This happens most frequently when people are logged out from the site, but click to login and comment using our Facebook commenting system. 

We can "merge" your accounts for you. Please send us a support request that contains both e-mail addresses and which address you'd like to maintain going forward. Our team will complete the merge request.
